The pack also contains a hermetic bag of Valencian D.O. smoked rice variety Albufera. One of its peculiarities is the wood-fired point provided by smoking the rice on vine branches, which will take the consumer to the purest and most desired moment of a rice cooked A Fuego: the countryside, the wood.
Instructions
Before you start cooking, keep in mind that this rice can be cooked in any kitchen. If you are using induction stoves, you should use a suitable pot with a diffuser base so that the heat is evenly distributed. We recommend using a paella pan with a diameter of 38-42 cm.

PREPARATION FOR TWO
The A Fuego rice recipes are designed to be cooked for four people. But it can also be used for two people, and for two occasions. The secret is easy, just divide the rice, broth, and ingredients in half and add a little water.
Pairing: it is recommended to enjoy with a sparkling wine or a well-chilled white wine. We recommend it at Made in Spain Gourmet, of course, with a good white wine, Penedés, Verdejo, Albariño, or why not a Premium cava, a vermouth, or a frizzante like La Mundial.
