Our products are made with traditional recipes that we have been producing in Aragon for centuries, combining tradition with technology and dating back to Mediterranean cuisine that our ancestors have been cooking for centuries.

All OZ Oleazara collections are subjected to the most rigorous care. We select the best raw material (always from flight, never from soil) and from producers in the rural environment of our region of Aragon through a process carried out with great care and care to protect our heritage with natural and ecological methods that protect biodiversity.
