We are women producers of manual and sustainable Galician algae. We carry the sea in our veins, and that is why we decided to undertake this adventure full of algae.

Our algae come from the Rías Baixas and are of course organic and vegan . In addition, we maintain a philosophy of zero waste and recycling, so we work with compostable containers, free of plastics. Seaweed is very healthy and rich sea vegetables. They do not contain fat and have around 40% dietary fiber that helps us eliminate toxins and lose weight.

Algae stand out for their high content of minerals and vitamins, preventing diseases such as osteoporosis, hypothyroidism, anemia.

They can be used raw in salads, tartare, wraps, pizzas, empanadas, stir-fries, sauces or in stews, stews, soups, broths, rice dishes, pasta.
