The Cantabrian anchovies are the most appreciated and valued in the market, standing out for their fine texture and intense flavor. The Cantabrian anchovies Arroyabe are of superior quality, only caught in the Cantabrian Sea, of the species "Engraulis Encrasicholus", and elaborated in an artisanal way.

The anchovy fillets in sunflower oil have the added bonus that after maturing, they are cleaned and filleted by hand, following artisanal anchovy treatment techniques. Sunflower oil is added to them, so they are ready for consumption.
