We are DAPSA (Distribución de Alimentos Perecederos, S.A.), a family company established in 1985 in Madrid.

We specialize in the distribution (nationally and internationally) of offal products (beef, pork and lamb), vacuum packed beef cuts, and meat products manufactured by us or by third parties of the highest quality.

In 2009 we began to distribute top quality beef cuts, with the maximum sanitary guarantee. Currently, the company's own management selects the animals for slaughter.

Due to the changes that, since the creation of the company, society has been experiencing in terms of eating habits, both nationally and internationally, from DAPSA we have been adapting to them, and in order to remain an innovative company in the sector, we have adapted to the demand of potential consumers of offal products, and therefore we have created, since 2005, a line of cooked dishes, which are based on our offal products.

For this purpose, we currently have highly qualified employees in the tasks of totally handmade elaboration, based on traditional culinary recipes. Our prepared dishes are an excellent option when choosing a product elaborated with the best quality.

Since 1996, DAPSA has had a quality management system in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 1901:2008 Standard for the production of offal products (fresh, roasted and cooked meat dishes), as well as for the sale of meat products and fresh meat. After having been part of the framework list for years, until its derivation in the current Royal Decree 993/2014, which establishes the procedure and requirements for official veterinary certification for export, we currently have the SAE certificate (System of Specific Self-controls), thus ensuring proper traceability and compliance with the additional health requirements established for exporting food of animal origin to third countries.
