The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is a traditionally made oil. Obtained from olives from the southern region of Monturque and Montilla in Cordoba, grown traditionally and through a first cold extraction process. With an acidity level of less than 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which provide great health benefits.
You can use it for cooking and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
