Obtained from olives from the southern Cordovan countryside region of Monturque and Montilla, traditionally cultivated and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level of less than 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
