Storage and expiration
To preserve the quality of the 50% Iberian Acorn-fed Field Ham, it is recommended to store it in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight. The preferred consumption is within 24 months, ensuring that all its properties are maintained during this period.

Recommendations
To ensure that your ham maintains its optimal characteristics, we suggest that upon receiving it, you remove it from the cotton cover in which we send it to you. Keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25ºC. Additionally, we recommend saving the first cut and using it as a cover to prevent the piece from drying out.
