HISTORY
We are the fourth generation that remains at the forefront of a business focused on meat and its different products. We are located in the west of Aragon, in the middle of the Serranía Celtiberica. This enclave has marked our way of working and philosophy. We are in the area with the greatest depopulation in Spain and with a climate that, although it is changing, is characterized by being extreme.
Our border situation has led us to develop the ability to adapt to different gastronomic tastes and to create products with influences from Aragonese, Soria and Alcarreña recipes.
PROJECT
Our sausages are characterized by the care in choosing the best pieces of meat, spices and the balance between flavor and salt. We stuff them into natural casings and they are all suitable for coeliacs. Gluten free and lactose free .
If our clients value something, it is that the flavor of our sausages reminds them of what they drank at home with their families. This is because, generation after generation, we have continued to maintain traditional processes, prioritizing the quality of the raw material and taking care of its cure.
For more than forty years we have continued to maintain, uninterruptedly, the tradition of making Matanza products. Many families come every year to help them make their family recipes and personalize them.
BUSINESS
Currently, as mentioned above, we are the fourth generation of the company.
The entire team, between the workshop and the store, is made up of 20 professionals with extensive and proven experience in the meat processing sector.
