A very typical offal dish from Andalusian villages, pork kidneys in sauce. It's a recipe from our father and the whole family loves it.
INGREDIENTS: Kidneys, onion, garlic, WHITE WINE, olive oil, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper. This dish may contain other allergens since, at the moment, all dishes are handmade in the same workshop.
Instructions:
- Keep refrigerated between 2º and 4ºC
- Consume before the expiration date indicated on the packaging. Once opened, consume within the next 24 hours.
- To heat, follow the instructions on each container. Some of our dishes do not need to be heated. For those that do: pierce the top plastic, heat in the microwave for the time indicated on each lid, and enjoy!
