At the canning factory, our skilled workers, residents of the area, perform a meticulous hand cleaning process, removing dirt residues with utmost care. Subsequently, the asparagus are peeled and cut by the stem to equalize their size and blanched by immersion in hot water. Finally, they are sorted by size, packaged, and sterilized, ensuring they retain their properties throughout their commercial life.
