  • 1 pc. of Iberian acorn-fed pork loin 1/2 piece 500 gr. From pigs raised extensively in the pastures of Salamanca and fed with acorns during the montanera season. Smoked in charcoal and wood fireplaces and cured in natural drying sheds. Intense and sweet flavor, fresh tones with a perfect combination of juiciness and tenderness
  • 1 pc. of sarta de bellota 400 gr. Emade from the best acorn-fed lean and noble pieces (secreto, presa, aguja). Its mincing partly by hand gives it an unparalleled bite and cut. It has a traditional flavor, with a smoky touch of oak wood, and a slight unmistakable spicy flavor given by the paprika from La Vera and garlic. This "sarta" is traditionally elaborated with selected raw materials of 100% first quality
