You can heat it in the microwave by stirring it to get the heat in better and not overheat in some areas.

How to accompany it?
It itself is a very complete dish and needs nothing more, if anything a little white rice or just a piece of bread for dipping. In my house, my parents and grandparents have always added a splash of vinegar. I do it too.
