• PROPERTIES: The only ingredient in organic panela sugar is sugarcane juice, which undergoes a drying process before going through the purification process, in which the juice turns into brown sugar. It is a much healthier and more nutritious sweetener than white sugar: because panela is more natural, pure, and artisanal. Additionally, it is unrefined and unbleached, making it healthier and more suitable.
