Pad Thai is a stir-fried noodle dish and is probably the quintessential Thai street food. With these noodles you can make the Pad Thai recipe of your choice by following the steps below:

1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 5 to 8 minutes until slightly soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking, and set aside.
2. Stir-fry vegetables, fish or meat - give it a personal touch!
3. Add the noodles with the stir-fry and your favorite sauce. Continue sautéing for 5 minutes until all ingredients are well integrated.
