Only by following the traditional family recipe of Roi Lojo (Punta Cabalo Restaurant, lighthouse of A Illa de Arousa) do they achieve an unrepeatable and unparalleled flavor in their gourmet canned goods. They never subject their product to any kind of automated industrial processes, and additionally, they do not use any preservatives or added ingredients that are not natural and traditional to the recipe.

Canning, Quality, and Use
At ROI&Co, they close each of their tins individually through mechanical and manual processes to guarantee the best flavor and preservation. They do this using the highest quality aluminum lids available. It is possible and natural that when you open the tin, the sauce overflows to the surface, this is because their canning process is manual and allows them to fill the tin completely so that the product retains all its flavor, properties, and quality.

Pairing
