Jamones el Chulo was founded in 1980 with a very small production made exclusively by hand.

Production began to grow during the 80s, culminating in the construction of the current drying facility in 1990.

Since then, they have continued to evolve and incorporate new products made in-house from the region of the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park.

Jamones el Chulo is synonymous with quality and expertise in the production of hams and sausages.
