This Pies Negros is a crianza red wine from the D.O. La Rioja. It is composed of the perfect combination of Tempranillo and Graciano, creating a very harmonious wine. To obtain this product, the grapes are harvested by hand and in the winery the bunches are selected one by one. The grapes are then destemmed and trodden with bare feet, thus receiving its name. Finally, it undergoes a period of ageing for 12 to 14 months in French and American oak barrels. A unique process that gives it this characteristic personality
