Intense green oil. Intense fruity with vegetal notes of green grass, green fruits and vegetables that give it great complexity and personality within a great harmony

Its flavor is intense and complex since its entry predominantly green almond, green grass, banana peel, artichoke, tomato plant, vine stalks, buns, walnut bark and green apple. Bitterness and spiciness somewhat more prominent but well integrated and very balanced. TASTING NOTES

Light and bright green extra virgin olive oil. Fruity green olive fruitiness that is equally perceived in the mouth, with a great diversity of vegetable aromas, especially fresh grass, green almond, tomato plant, green banana, green apple and walnut.

It is a very pleasant and fruity olive oil

It emphasizes its fluidity and a bitter and spicy in perfect harmony with the sweet and fresh flavors that are present. The aftertaste is very almondy, with a slight hint of very elegant pepper and a slight astringency.

TASTING NOTE

Its intense green colour surprises us with the fruity rather than herbaceous aromas that we perceive on the nose. The medium fruity of green olive is complemented by aromas of riper and sweeter fruits. Fresh grass, green banana, artichoke and, in second place, tropical fruits such as pineapple or kiwi.

In the mouth it is very delicate and elegant, an almost imperceptible bitterness and a spicy something more intense than the end. Harmonious.
