First Harvest Day is a limited edition of the oil harvested on the first day of harvest. Each year a personality from the arts, science, society... imprints the label with their peculiar vision of this magical day.

For its fifteenth edition, the honor goes to Carlos Sainz: The rally driver, two-time world champion and Princess of Asturias Award for Sports. A man forged in the effort and who triumphs in the world of motor racing, a benchmark for several generations and a great figure in international sport. Sainz represents the values of the farmer: effort, sacrifice, and the constant search for excellence. This limited edition is of only 10 000 bottles of First Harvest Day.

TASTING NOTE

Light and bright green extra virgin olive oil. Fruity green olive fruitiness that is equally perceived in the mouth, with a great diversity of vegetable aromas, especially fresh grass, green almond, tomato plant, green banana, green apple and walnut.
