First Harvest Day is a limited edition of the oil harvested on the first day of harvest. Each year a personality of the arts, science, society... prints to the label his peculiar vision of this magical day.
For its fifteenth edition, the honor goes to Carlos Sainz: The rally driver, two-time world champion and Princess of Asturias Award for Sports. A man forged in the effort and who triumphs in the world of motor racing, a benchmark for several generations and a great figure in international sport. Sainz represents the values of the farmer: effort, sacrifice, and the constant search for excellence. This limited edition is of only 10 000 bottles of First Harvest Day.

Its flavor is intense and complex since its entry predominantly green almond, green grass, banana peel, artichoke, tomato plant, vine stalks, buns, walnut bark and green apple. Bitterness and spiciness somewhat more prominent but well integrated and very balanced. Presents some astringency and a pleasant persistence, with a menthol aftertaste.
