Intense herbaceous green fruity oil. It appears on the nose with notes of tomato plant, thyme and artichoke while drawing fruity notes of green banana peel and raw walnut. It culminates on the palate with a very smooth almondiness, a medium intensity bitterness and a medium-high spiciness, with the raw nuts leaving their mark.
