TINTO JOVEN (100% GARNACHA) PDO CEBREROS. VINTAGE 2019. Raspberry, wild strawberry, candied orange, cherry and blackberry. Balsamic and floral notes of rose. Very fresh, direct, agile and with good acidity.

Harvesting is done by hand in 15 kg crates. After finishing, the grapes are stored in cold storage at about 5°C and vatted the following day where a cold prefermentation is performed. Manual selection grape by grape on a sorting table after destemming. Gravity vatting Temperature controlled fermentation, early devatting after a week of maceration.
