The careful milling of these green fruits at a temperature below 20ºC offers us an oil of great intensity and organoleptic complexity, with outstanding gastronomic and nutritional properties, which has been distinguished with the main awards for quality at an international level

TASTING PROFILE

Oil with green herbaceous nuances marked by spring notes that evoke a healthy fruit in full exaltation of its youth. The intensity of its fruity nose is complex and harmonious with deep almond touches. The breadth of its aroma begins in the tomato plant, turns towards the green banana peel to finish with hints of wild flowers. In the background, but no less interesting, appears thyme and rosemary

Soft entry on the palate, with fresh, light and elegant registers that express the friendly presence of aromatic plants combined with raw nuts. Its elegance manifests the fraternity between aroma and flavor. After tasting, the palate is imbued with a deep sense of freshness with light hints of green almond and raw nuts
