Tasting: Dark purple wine with a pleasant perfume of mineral spices and cherry. Intensely fruity and tasty. Smooth texture and a pure and fruity finish.


Food Pairing: Perfect with rice dishes both meat and seafood, fish and white meats. Contrary to the usual, this cut of wine is suitable for elaborate pasta dishes.
