The best tuna that gave rise to the canning industry have been caught centuries ago in the trap of Barbate. El Ronqueo is a fish canning factory where we make artisanal preserves as well as semi-preserves and fish delicacies. In addition, we have put into production a line of organic canned fish made with red tuna from almadraba in addition to our different recipes for canned tuna.

In our fish and shellfish canning factory, we manually make delicatessen and gourmet canned food for hotels, restaurants and distributors. What makes canned food from Barbate unique is its raw material. Not only is bluefin tuna caught on our coasts, you can also fish for tuna such as yellowfin, which is the one with which we make the vast majority of our canned fish.
