Currently, Los Omeyas oil is unfiltered. If a fine layer of dark color is observed at the bottom of the container, it is a result of the natural process of settling of small olive particles contained in the oil.
Due to its properties, we recommend consuming this oil raw: at breakfast, accompanying salads, cheeses, and cold cuts; and in grilled meats and fish.
