Our hams are cured following the traditional drying process achieved thanks to the unique microclimate of our drying room located in Santa Ana la Real.
Along with this, the expertise of our master ham makers who, with their care and dedication, make it possible to bring excellent products to your table with a unique flavor and aroma.
