Producer: le Rucher du Marandou (24)
A spring honey with an amber color, more or less pronounced depending on the abundance of flowers gathered. It crystallizes slowly and is the result of a mixture of lime, bramble and chestnut honey.
A very fragrant honey.
Le Rucher du Marandou is located in St Avit de Vialard in the heart of the Dordogne and Périgord (24). Benoît Serre, its creator, is a passionate and exciting beekeeper who produces 100% natural and artisanal honey. While the story begins with the desire to save the few hives of his grandfather, Benoît now has 140 hives located in 10 different places. The honey is extracted cold, so not heated, to preserve all its taste and nutritional qualities.
