Esencia Pura was born from a dream of Desiderio Sánchez López and Manuel Ambres Acero, who wanted to unite the art of curing hams (with the experience of a long professional career of more than 40 years) with a new proposal of products adapted to consumer needs, with the quality and flavor offered by hand-cutting each piece by experts in this sector.
The treatment of each product is carried out individually, with the guarantee that the pieces come from a 100% Iberian pig breed that preserves an authentic genetic treasure.
Pure Esencia pigs are raised and fed in the pastures of Extremadura and Huelva, paradigmatic enclaves for the production of pure acorn-fed ham.
