It is an oil with intense fruity of green olive, aromas of leaf-grass, green banana, artichoke and alloza among others. Very balanced in the mouth, light bitter and medium-low spicy. Slightly sweet
It is especially suitable to take raw, as it enhances and extols the flavor of any dish, salads, vinaigrettes, toast, gazpacho and salmorejos, cold creams, marinated meats, blue fish, baked potatoes, canned raw or cooked foods (cheeses, sausages ...), etc.
