Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva De la Finca is a great reserve sparkling wine ideal for any occasion.
Raventós i Blanc is one of the wineries with the longest wine-making tradition in the world. Josep Maria Raventós and Manuel Raventós choose oak as the symbol of Raventós i Blanc. A commitment to a land and loyalty to ideas that have lasted for more than 500 years.
Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva De la Finca is made with grapes pressed slowly at low pressures. Subsequently, a static clarification is carried out at low temperatures. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Once the blend is complete, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 3 years in the rima position.
Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva De la Finca is ideal for accompanying appetizers, starters, fish rice dishes, or even enjoying on its own. Its ideal serving temperature is between 6º and 8ºC.
