On the nose, we quickly perceive a very young fruity aroma of green grass, banana, tomato plant, and green apple. When transferred to the mouth, it maintains the herbaceous nuances. Accompanying the fruity notes, we also find a pleasant spiciness that evolves in the throat, with a slight bitterness that lingers in the mouth and a very balanced structure.
