Ultreia La Claudina 2019 - 75 cl

100% Godello from an east facing plot of 0.3 ha of sandy soils, which gives freshness and a special finesse to this wine. The planting density is 3,200 vines/Ha which is equivalent to an average yield of 40 hl/Ha or 1.2 kg grapes/straw. In this vintage, as we did not have enough litres for the 1500 litre foudre, the must fermented with its indigenous yeasts in 2 French oak barrels of 700 litres. Towards spring the wine developed a light veil of flor which gives a special character to this wine. The wine remains approximately 18 months in the barrels

Sight: Presenta un color amarillo pajizo con destellos brillantes en su superficie.

Mouth: En boca, resulta un vino suave pero a la vez con cuerpo que se posee un sabor muy complejo.

Nose: En nariz, nos encontramos con un blanco muy complejo aromáticamente en el que se combinan notas florales con toques especiados y a frutos secos.
