We are a small family business based in the interior of Galicia. We work with the best products of the earth in a totally natural way, and our elaborate manufacturing processes are made up of artisanal manufacturing methods, as in the past. We have been working in the meat sector since 1993. Young Galician veal meat, cow, pork and processed products.

Tradition and avant-garde do not have to be at odds, on the contrary, it should always go hand in hand. That is the fundamental principle with which Manolo's GourMeat was born. We want to try to reproduce the result of our work and dedication that we have put into our small business for so many years and offer people from all over Spain the possibility of obtaining their trust through our most select range of products. We are convinced that we have put the necessary ingredients to achieve it.
