Since I was very young I have had the desire to know and appreciate the different ingredients and products that are part of the gastronomic culture of different regions of the world.
My professional activity as a specialist in saffron and spices has allowed me to travel to more than 40 countries and get to know first-hand small producers of the most incredible gastronomic treasures.
I have decided to start a new business adventure developing, in cooperation with small artisan producers, a family of food products that I wanted to market under the brand De la Cueva. Can I offer a better guarantee of the quality of a product than putting the name of my family?
