Cave wine (Valladolid)
Our idea arose some time ago when we saw how our town was transformed into another town, when the
houses began to be left empty and abandoned in a fertile land such as Tierra de Campos, but sometimes
a forgotten land. We work with a non-interventionist philosophy, within a cave open with a pick and shovel, oriented to the recovery of the environment and the maintenance of the sap of a geographical area between the provinces of
León, Zamora and Valladolid.
The caves are an inherent part of the traditional architecture in Roales de Campos. Cellars dug into slopes
with a small slope where for more than 500 years wines have been made in a stable environment and at a temperature
constant throughout the year.
We recover the tradition and we believe in the elaboration of wines in the caves as a cultural value and landscape contribution
to a territory that looks towards wine tourism.

We want to tell you our story, to be part of you every day through a liquid that opens hearts, an effluvium that has narrated a thousand and one adventures throughout history: wine.
We make village wines in a cave , in a traditional way and without intervention. We look for the origin as an indelible factor, we bet on local varieties, for what the land gives and the recognition of the origin where we come from.
We dream of the Prieto Picudo grapes and production techniques as our grandparents did, when technology was an abyss.
Now we are aware of the value of the soil, of the microbiome that speaks of the value and essence of our terroir. Therefore, we can proudly say that we manufacture authentic cave wines in Valladolid
