Recommended dose: 2-3 tablespoons (15-30g) per 100ml of milk.
Heat the milk, add the chocolate and let it melt. Once melted, stir with a hand or electric whisk until a creamy and foamy texture is obtained. Serve with spices, if desired. It can also be an ideal accompaniment for muesli or for decorating cakes or desserts.
