Vidiago Asturian cheese, a soft and frank cheese, between sweet and milky, buttery, which melts on the palate. Tender and semi-cured cheese, made from whole pasteurized cow's milk. Natural rind, brushed or clean and straw yellow.
It comes vacuum-packed for better transport and conservation in a bar-shaped piece of approximately one kilo
The cheeses are best kept cold. To enjoy its full flavour we advise you to let it acclimatise to room temperature for half an hour before consumption.
