We select the raw material so that it meets our quality standards. This selection is accompanied from the first moment with the classification piece by piece to apply only and correctly the minimum salt needed for each one, without any artificial additives or coloring or preservatives.
Jamones Granadinos S.A., in accordance with the new times, has made a considerable effort in recent years to improve its infrastructure. The current facilities have been designed according to the most demanding technical-sanitary standards, in which we have incorporated the latest existing technologies and always taking advantage of our microclimate (temperature and humidity), ideal for the excellent curing of our hams. Thus 85% of the constructed surface has been destined to natural drying cellars
Our ham has the most demanding quality certificates granted by the European Union, the Spanish State and the Junta de Andalucía. These certificates guarantee both in the Serrano ham and in the Iberian ham a natural and artisan production process with all the hygienic-sanitary guarantees
