WhiteLight Edra 2018

White wine: 100% Viognier, aged, partially, in oak barrels.


It is made from 100% Viognier variety with a full-bodied white wine with a very smooth texture. The attack evokes aromas of very fine flowers, such as honeysuckle, rosemary and fresh fruits like pineapple and apricot, evolving immediately to sweet pear, and curiously ending in aromas intrinsic to our climate, such as nuts and lightly toasted. It is also spicy and due to its high maturity, it fills the mouth with honey and sweet sensations.





Food pairings: White fish, shellfish, lobster and molluscs.
