ÁS de Mirabrás is the result of two years' work selecting old albariza vines from among those that Barbadillo traditionally vinifies. The selection of the plots has depended exclusively on the quality of the vineyard, with the result that those selected in the first instance are located in the historic vineyards of Miraflores, Añina, Macharnudo, Campix and Santa Lucia. The objective of ÁS de Mirabrás is to explore the potential of the oldest vineyards in the more accessible and general context of white wines, making them understandable to any amateur without the need to have an interest in the historical elaborations of Sanlúcar and Jerez.
