To be used as an accompaniment to sheep's milk tomatoes or ossau iraty, in a comté cheese sandwich or as a sweet version topping an ice cream.

Ingredients: black cherries 47%, fruit extracted sugars, cane sugar, white Pays d'Oc wine, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin.
