Confit Pepper, Raspberry and Cayenne Pepper 50gr

A confit that combines a tangy fruit (raspberry) with a sweet vegetable (bell pepper), all subtly spiced with cayenne pepper.

To be used with cheese (Roquefort, blue and creamy cow's milk cheeses), with a duck breast or as a sweet version at the bottom of a raspberry pie.

Ingredients: cane sugar, red peppers 48%, raspberries 13%, cayenne pepper 0.2%, gelling agent: fruit pectin.
