Razor clams in EVOO

They are handmade, being purified and steamed, then washed with warm salt water to enhance its flavour, then the razor shells are peeled one by one to keep them whole and the packaging is done by hand. They are covered in extra virgin olive oil, which adds a smooth texture and they are preserved without additives or preservatives

Ingredients: Razor clams (Enris arcuatus), olive oil and salt.
