Oil with a light green color leaning towards lime. On the nose, it has a scent of mountain herbs, rockrose, and artichoke, with a hint of nuts like almonds.
In the mouth, it is slightly spicy and bitter, a very fine oil with great harmony. The aftertaste is strongly almond-flavored, with a slight touch of almond.
