Good volume and structure, with melted and elegant tannins that fill the mouth and give persistence to the wine, which together with a very Riojan acidity give the wine length and complexity

The harvest is done at the best moment of the vine, after having lightened its weight a few months before, which reinvigorates the plant and makes the fruit more intense. The grapes are selected entirely by hand, thus guaranteeing some of the best wines of the Rioja PDO
