Iberian bait palette 50% Iberian breed from Iberian pigs fed with natural cereals.
For over 75 years, each of these palettes has been made, piece by piece, with great care in their curing in the exclusive drying room, where they acquire their unmistakable aroma. After salting, the curing process and rests are carried out in an artisanal way in our facilities in the Sierra de Huelva, in the Natural Park of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche.
With intense red meat and bright white fat. Intense and long-lasting aroma.
Presentation: It is served in a cardboard box, wrapped in anti-grease paper and a cotton cover to prevent damage.
