With a soft and creamy texture, covered by a thin layer of olive oil, it becomes a cheese that floods the mouth with flavor in every bite. This cheese won the Gold Medal at the 2019 World Cheese Awards.El Gazul Cheese Factory is the project of a young man who, wanting to maintain the family tradition, embarked on the search for the best raw materials, meticulously selecting the livestock to achieve the best artisanal product.
After thousands of hours of work searching for the perfect recipe, we finally find ourselves before a cheese factory that has managed to expand its horizons and be recognized with several awards at a national and international level.
