• 1 pc. of white sausage 1/2 piece 300 g. Catalan white sausage of beans, handmade from trimmings of lean pork from the tips and other more noble pieces. Carved and seasoned with salt and pepper
• 1 pc. of classic gilda. Gildas made with the best raw materials. Composed of salted anchovies, pitted manzanilla olives and of course, Ibarra chilli peppers.
• 1 pc. of Lazana cheese 300 g. QAsturian refined cow's bone, made entirely by hand. It is a cheese type camembert or brie, of soft paste of refined cow with natural washed rind. Very suitable to take with roasted nuts, with all kinds of salads, on hot bread and gratin, enhancing the flavor of the dishes
• 1 pc. of fuet with Montseny black beer 110-130 g. Fuet from the Vic area to which artisan Montseny black beer is added during the production process. The result is a meaty and consistent sausage with a sweet taste, with a slight bitter touch given by the beer. This fuet has been awarded the Gold Medal at the DFV IFFA Competition in Germany in 2010 and the Gold Medal at the Great Taste Awards in the UK, 2010
• 1 pc. of Matalobos IPA beer cheese. Made with pure raw sheep's milk and craft beer type IPA in the paste itself (10%) and then washed with the beer in the rind. Cheese of creamy consistency, velvety flavor with light touches of acidity very pleasant in the mouth.
